What is it like changing outfits on location? +
It is important that you wear clothes that reflect your style. If you feel confident and comfortable, it will show in your photos. Think about variety when you are choosing your outfits. Picking a casual outfit and a more lavish outfit give you variety in your session. I love when you send me photos of your outfit so I can plan what you will wear first. If you have questions, I’ll direct you to which will photograph better.

Absolutely! Bringing in items that reflect your personality really makes the session about you. Sports equipment, instruments, sentimental items, etc are all great examples. Want something more unique? Let’s use our surroundings to make it even more memorable by incorporating a coffee shop, ice cream parlor, or any fun seasonal decor.

Turn around time is around 3 weeks. If you need images faster, ask me about a rush fee to get your images back to you within 3 business days.

Yes! I want you to be happy with your session so let’s talk about what you want as your final product. Although we may not be able to match your inspiration exactly, we can find similar locations/poses to get the vibe that you are going for. Send me what you are looking for as soon as we book so we can make sure we are on the same page.

Of course! Feel free to bring someone that hypes you up and would be an encouragement throughout the day. If they know how you like your hair or any other unique details, I will put them to use as your assistant. If you want them to be in the photos, ask me about my add ons to capture a few photos with them!

Professional hair and make up can make a difference in the final outcome of the photo as well as how you feel that day. Again, if you feel beautiful, you shine from the inside and that is the best result from hair and makeup. If you need help finding someone, I have a list of incredibly talented hair and MUAs that I can send you.

We will most likely change outfits in the back of your car. Some locations (like my studio) have access to easy changing areas. However, most on location sessions don’t have changing areas. I recommend you put each outfit together on a hanger and put your change of accessories for each outfit (like your earrings and necklaces) in a ziplock bag on the same hanger. The small details can get lost in the chaos of the day so having it organized is a big plus.
