Fernando’s Senior Session | Senior Photos New Orleans
Fernando’s session was such a great example of how adding extra time onto your senior session can help capture even more meaningful memories. For his session, we included sibling photos and images with his girlfriend, which made the gallery feel even more personal and complete. That is one of my favorite things about creating senior photos in New Orleans that you can truly connect with years later! These sessions tell the story of this season of life, not just what someone looked like at graduation.
Starting at Hope Haven
We began the session at Hope Haven, where we captured some relaxed and natural photos of Fernando and his girlfriend. The location gave us such a soft backdrop, and it helped the session start in a really easygoing way. Those images ended up feeling genuine and full of personality.
Finishing at Archbishop Shaw High School
Afterward, we headed to Archbishop Shaw High School to finish the session on campus. There is always something special about photographing seniors in places tied to so many memories and milestones. The campus setting made the gallery feel personal to Fernando and everything he experienced throughout high school.
Passing Down the Cleats
One of the sweetest parts of the session was capturing Fernando passing down his cleats to his younger brother. We made sure to include soccer and baseball photos of the two of them together, and honestly, it made my mom heart so happy. Those are the moments that end up meaning the most years down the road.
A Future Pediatric Nurse
Fernando was truly one of the most polite and kind seniors I have ever photographed. Every direction I gave was met with a “yes ma’am,” and he stayed engaged, respectful, and excited throughout the entire session. He was basically a dream client! He is heading to college to become a pediatric nurse, and I already know his future patients are going to be incredibly lucky to have him.
