We ended up doing two different sessions for Adrian’s senior photos (one in the fall and one in the spring) and I’m so glad we did. For his spring session, we focused on locations around Archbishop Shaw High School that held the most meaning for him. The goal was to capture the places where so many of his memories were made. As a New Orleans senior photographer, sessions like this are always so special because they go beyond just photos! They also tell the story of a season of life that’s about to change.

We made our way around campus, stopping at some of the buildings that were part of Adrian’s everyday routine. In the spring, we also got to take advantage of the beautiful oak trees and the baseball field, which added so much variety (and meaning) to his gallery.

Adrian’s years of dedication to baseball played a huge role in shaping his session. We made sure to capture both his past and present teams, tying together all the time, effort, and memories he’s built over the years. Those details are what make a senior session feel personal and unique.

One of my favorite parts of this session was photographing Adrian on his high school campus. There’s something so special about documenting this chapter in a place that has truly been a second home. These are the kinds of images that will mean even more years down the road.

As a New Orleans photographer, I love creating senior sessions that feel true to each person whether that’s on campus, on the field, or somewhere completely different. If you’re looking for a New Orleans senior photographer to capture this once-in-a-lifetime season, I would love to work with you. Reach out to learn more about session options and availability.
